Pick Up Costumes on November 9, 2007
 

The price of your costume or in some character’s cases costumes, was included in your Participation Fee.

Costumes must be picked up and tried on for the production staff on Friday, November 9th at 2:30 p.m. in the Cafeteria. No exceptions.  We anticipate it may take 1-2 hours to pass out all the costumes that day. The Production Staff will review your costume(s) and let you know of any changes that need to be made that weekend. Dress Rehearsals are Monday, November 12 and Tuesday, November 13 so any alterations or changes to your costume must be made the weekend of November 10 and 11.

Costumes will be left at RHMS from November 9th through the production.  No costumes may be taken home!!!

Guidelines

• Come to the theater with your hair and make-up done. There will be parents at the theater to assist you with make-up touch ups or if your character has special make-up requirements.
• Bring a laundry basket or covered box with your name on it to keep your street clothes and other belongs in.  Take this basket/box home after each performance.
• Costumes will remain at RHMS – do not leave the theater dressed in your costume -- they must remain at school. 
• Hang up your costume on the clothing rack in the Dressing Room after each costume change and at the end of each performance. Be careful with the costumes, you will be responsible for any damage.
• On November 17th after the last show all costumes need to be turned in to one of the Costume Chairpersons. Do not ever leave the theater with your costume.
